Bringing the 70’s flare back to life with a sustainable twist, Madison Grinde started her own small business creating and selling hand made art, fashion & funk! The brand is complete with positive, colorful and flower power filled designs that range from reusable bags, jewelry and clothing. Far Out Florals has hosted pop up throughout the year and is about to launch it’s very own website for orders. Rancourt Roots crafts handmade earrings and is already ecomadic approved! Based in Colorado, Dylan Maher launched her own small business doing what she loves. Beautifully designed earrings with woven tassels, stones or upcycled beads make for the perfect accessory. The best part about it is that 20% of the proceeds go to a featured non-profit. As of December 2020, Rancourt Roots donates to The Loveland Foundation – which is committed to representing communities of color in powerful ways, particularly focused on Black women and girls. When you are holiday shopping this season, think about supporting both a small female owned business AND donating towards a good cause at the same time. Campbell & Kramer began at UCLA in 2019, when first year roommates, Presley and Alden, decided to create their own sustainable clothing line. It’s crafted in Southern California as laid back clothing designed for the eco conscious customer. The brand features three separate collections. The first, REBIRTH, is fully repurposed and features restored pre-loved pieces. TIE DYE, is both hand dyed and uses no toxic chemicals. It is also designed in a dye house using solar power energy! Lastly, the CAMPBELL&KRAMER collection is their original designs, ethically sourced on sustainable fabrics. Their manufacturer uses 100% American grown cotton and recycled polyester for their pieces – the fabric scraps, water, steam and polyester are even all recycled afterwards! Of course, the shopping is complete in compostable envelopes with recycled plastic coverings. Talk about a feel good purchase – no matter what you order!
